Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD)

The Jumeirah Golf Estates master community is 100% owned and controlled directly by the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), and investment arm of the Government of Dubai. Throughout its existence, the ICD has nurtured the growth and development of Dubai.

It has achieved this through strategic investments in companies that have global excellence and that have defined the industrial, retail and financial landscape of Dubai. The Government of Dubai through the Dubai Financial Support Fund (DFSF), has confirmed its financial support for the Jumeirah Golf Estates development, with funds to be used to complete the infrastructure in the project, to host the Dubai World Championship over the next 4 years and to complete its real estate projects within the master development.

Specializing in hotels and resorts, 40 North & LMS are the international landscape architects that have designed the environs of One & Only Royal Mirage Dubai and Park Hyatt Dubai.

For every villa type at Sanctuary Falls, 40 North & LMS have developed unique landscape solutions to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. This seamless existence, both functionally and visually, is the key to relaxed, spacious and elegant resort style experiences.
